Construction of a new residential block comprising multiple self-contained apartments, delivered from demolition through to full structural and internal build stages.
The project involved a complete redevelopment of the site, starting with demolition and clearance before moving into piling and foundation works. From there, the build progressed through the full superstructure, including external walls, internal blockwork, and floor systems, followed by roofing and envelope installation.
Internally, the works focused on forming the layout of the apartments, including partitioning, drylining, and preparing the building for mechanical and electrical installation. All elements were carried out in sequence to ensure the structure was ready for final fit-out without delays or rework.
A complete residential shell and core delivered to a high standard, with all structural and internal elements in place and ready for final fit-out. The project demonstrates the ability to manage and deliver multi-unit developments from the ground up, maintaining build quality and consistency throughout.
