37 Townsend Lane

ADIBC carried out a strip out and full refurbishment of an existing residential property at Townsend Lane, including structural alterations and extensions to reconfigure and expand the internal layout. The works involved removing the existing internal structure and preparing the property for a comprehensive redevelopment.

The project included a loft conversion, a rear extension and the construction of an outbuilding, increasing both the internal space and functionality of the property. Structural works were undertaken to integrate the new elements with the existing building, ensuring stability and continuity throughout.

The Challenge

Working within an existing structure required careful sequencing of strip out and construction works to maintain structural integrity at all stages. The integration of new extensions and additional elements alongside the original building fabric required precise coordination and planning.

Operating within a residential setting also required controlled site management, including deliveries, access and minimising disruption to neighbouring properties.
