6 Clifton Hill
Full Refurbishment & double storey side & back extension

6 Clifton Hill

ADIBC carried out a full refurbishment of an existing residential property at Clifton Hill, including structural alterations and extensions to reconfigure and expand the living space. The works comprised a strip out of the existing interior followed by the construction of new structural elements to accommodate the revised layout.

The project included a loft conversion, a double storey side extension and a single storey rear extension, significantly increasing the overall footprint and usable space of the property. Structural works were carefully integrated with the existing building to ensure continuity and stability throughout.

The Challenge

Working within an existing structure required careful sequencing of demolition and construction works to maintain structural integrity at all stages. The integration of new extensions alongside the original building fabric required precise coordination and attention to detail.

Maintaining access and managing works within a confined residential setting also required controlled site operations and efficient planning throughout the programme.
