66 Woodside Park
New Build - apartments

66 Woodside Park

ADIBC delivered the full structural package for a newly constructed block of apartments in Woodside Park. The project comprised a multi-unit residential development built from groundworks through to structural completion, executed within a constrained suburban site.

The works began with site clearance and enabling, followed by the installation of reinforced concrete foundations and ground beams designed to suit site conditions. From there, the structure progressed into RC frame construction, including slabs and columns, alongside the integration of structural steel elements to support key load-bearing areas.

The project required close coordination between trades and ongoing alignment with structural engineers to ensure accuracy at each stage of the build.

The Challenge

Working within a residential neighbourhood required careful logistics planning, controlled deliveries, and strict adherence to access and noise constraints. Limited site space meant sequencing of works had to be tightly managed to avoid disruption.

Ground conditions required engineered foundation solutions, with particular attention given to load distribution and long-term structural stability. Coordination with engineers and building control was critical throughout to ensure compliance and precision.

Scope of Works
  • Site clearance and enabling works
  • Reinforced concrete foundations and ground beams
  • RC frame construction including slabs and columns
  • Structural steel installation
  • Drainage and substructure works
  • Coordination with structural engineers and building control

Outcome

The project was delivered in line with programme and structural specifications, providing a robust and accurate structural framework for the subsequent architectural and fit-out phases.

The completed structure forms a high-quality apartment block designed for long-term performance, durability, and compliance with all relevant structural requirements.
